PIEZO LOGIC IO | CONTROL BOARD FOR PIEZOELECTRIC BUTTONS

Piezo Logic IO is the GERIT electronic interface board for piezoelectric buttons: the smart control logic for pool massage systems and water features.
It features one piezo contact input, two status LED outputs and a N.O. dry-contact relay for controlling water features or other pool equipment. The integrated microprocessor manages timed logic and operating modes selectable via dip-switches, ensuring wide compatibility with third-party control systems.

Protection and safety
• Power supply protected by 250 mA fuse (5×20 mm, time-delay type)
• Dual protection stage on the piezo output: DC/DC converter limited to 500 mA and isolated DC/DC converter limited to 84 mA
• Opto-isolation up to 1500 V DC between power supply and piezoelectric input
• Internal protection relay safeguarding the electronic circuits
• Status LEDs for power supply, microprocessor and piezo button, for immediate diagnostics

Configuration
Via dip-switches it is possible to select:
• automatic switch-off times from 5 to 40 minutes
• operating modes: non-timed ON/OFF | pulse | timed with or without self-holding | sequential with Gerit Eco VF inverter | automatic 3-speed sequential

Mounting
DIN-rail installation inside electrical panels compliant with current regulations, with adequate ventilation and easy access for maintenance.
Connections with 5.08 mm pitch terminals | Conductor size 16 – 26 AWG
